Founders of ProNet Expert
ProNet Expert was founded by Martin Boehm, an Austrian Citizen with residence in Germany back in 2007. Prior to starting ProNetExpert, Martin has worked as a CCIE Consultant and Pre-Sales Consultant for numerous blue chip and fortune 500 companies as well as for US start ups.

During that period Martin Boehm gained extensive technical and business knowledge. NetQ, HypoVereinsbank Information System, Riverbed & Expand Networks were milestones in Martin's career prior to starting ProNet Expert.

Martin Boehm's idea was starting a different CCIE Consultancy business, other than the numerous ones which were already established on the market. The idea was quite simple. As a technical person himself, he is able to understand technical customer requirements far better than Directors from a pure Sales background.

In early 2009, Martin Boehm approached his yearlong friend Martin Voelk to merge his 2008 incorporated company Layer 8 Networks with ProNet Expert. Martin Voelk is also a veteran in Cisco Networking. Martin is a CCIE himself and worked for Cable & Wireless, HypoVereinsbank Information Systems, Motorola (BT Openzone), the Portuguese government and a Cisco Learning Solutions Partner. Martin is a German Citizen who moved to the UK from Germany back in 2004 and gained extensive knowledge of the UK market over the last 5 years.

Martin Voelk agreed to merge his start up CCIE Consulting company Layer 8 Networks with ProNet Expert and as of March 1st 2009 Martin Voelk became a member of the Board of Directors and a Shareholder in ProNet Expert Ltd.

ProNet Expert is delivering exciting, emerging Cisco Technology projects in the UK and the Middle East.

1.) ProNet Expert is currently helping one of its customers to migrate a large analogue CCTV installation to a Cisco Video Surveillance solution in Dubai.

2.) ProNet Expert is also designing a large Cisco Digital Media System scenario for a large UK based Media company.
