ProNetExpert offer monthly Cisco Support Contracts, Cisco Maintenance Contractsand Ad Hoc support that give you all of the benefits of your existing provider and more besides.It’s flexible support that can be tailored around your individual business needs but without a long-term commitment- that means if your organisation’s needs change your support package can change too.

We offer three levels of support contract:

BRONZE:

• Five hours service time per month.
• Minimum contract length three months.

SILVER:

• Eight hours service time per month.
• Minimum contract length two months.

GOLD:

• 16 hours service time per month.
• Minimum contract length one month.

We also offer prepaid Ad Hoc Cisco support- meaning you only pay for the hours that you actually use.

All contracts give you access to our team of highly experienced CCIE’s via phone, email, chat and remote login. Just some of the services we offer are:

We charge by hourly units meaning you’ll only pay for what you actually use, making it a highly cost effective solution that’s a genuine alternative to Cisco SMARTnet- we’ll even give you a dedicated Account Manager who understands your business requirements.
